The Black economy is under attack. Anti-DEI policies. Federal purges. Corporate layoffs. Voting rights gutted. Black unemployment is 7.3% - nearly double the national rate. 600,000 Black women have been purged from the workforce.

We are organizing Black workers with degrees who did everything right and are stuck. Not survive. To fight back together.
